In 2024, following the acquisition of Radisson Blu’s nine Central London hotels by Axiom Hospitality, we were brought on board to remarket the collection and ensure each property was firmly repositioned on the capital’s competitive hospitality map.

The Brief

Our remit was to deliver a fresh PR strategy, oversee event activations, and create a dedicated social media presence that reflected the individuality of each location while uniting them under the prestigious Radisson Blu London umbrella.

From the boutique charm of Radisson Blu Marble Arch to the cultural landmarks surrounding Radisson Blu South Kensington, the vibrant nightlife of Leicester Square to the riverside luxury of Canary Wharf East, each hotel needed to be showcased as a must-stay destination for visitors to London.

The Results

Within just one year, we secured over 150 pieces of media coverage across consumer, lifestyle and travel titles, successfully re-establishing Radisson Blu London as a go-to name in the city’s hospitality scene.

We launched a new Instagram presence for the collection, building a community of more than 2,000 followers within the first 12 months, with strong engagement around each hotel’s unique offering.

Events formed a cornerstone of our strategy, bringing together media, influencers and corporate guests to experience the hotels first-hand, from exclusive dinners to launching the Skyline Penthouse overlooking Leicester Square.

Thanks to these efforts, Radisson Blu London’s nine hotels have not only been reintroduced to the market but also celebrated as distinct destinations – each with its own story, yet collectively contributing to a strong, unified brand presence across the capital.
